Before you fill out the donation request form, please make sure you meet all the following criteria. There will be no exceptions. Thank you for your understanding. Please allow up to 14 days for a response, though it will often come much sooner.

1. YOUR ORGANIZATION MUST BE 501(c)3 or 501(c)6 CERTIFIED.
2. YOU MUST OBTAIN THE PROPER PERMIT FROM YOUR LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD TO LEGALLY SERVE ALCOHOL AT THE EVENT.
3. ALL REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE.
4. DONATIONS MUST BE PICKED UP FROM YARDS BREWING COMPANY.
5. YARDS BREWING COMPANY WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR THE EVENT.
